Miley Cyrus Performs Half Naked On Tour In D.C

It is no longer a new thing that Miley Cyrus loves controversy, but this time around, her tour is headline grabbing. 

The 21-year-old singer was seen wearing a red leotard, shrug and cowboy boots as she lay on the bed, with her legs wrapped around a dancer on the bed. Miley took her tour to Washington D.C on Thursday. 

She has always used dwarfs in her performances but one of the women who took part in Miley’s now infamous VMA’s twerking performance later revealed that she felt degraded by the experience.
