It seems Chris Brown has gone from low cuts to locks, so obvious some fans are concerned. He announced on his Instagram page earlier on today that he and Tyga will be releasing a collaborated  “Fan of a Fan” album soon and these are the promo photos. What do you think about this new look of his?
