Former Enyimba/Ranger player and  The most valuable player in CHAN 2014, Ejike Uzoenyi got married yesterday to his girlfriend after five years of dating Chioma Loveth Abum, at St Brigids Catholic Church Enugu, with the reception taking place at the high profile Blue Island Hotel & Suites in Independence Layout, Enugu. Nigerian National team coach Stephen Keshi has confirmed that nigerian playmaker Mikel Obi will not take part in the friendly against South Africa due to stomach Bug.

Coach Stephen Keshi was quoted by KickOff: “Mikel has been withdrawn from the squad. He has a stomach bug.”
