Messi Injury Spoils Barcelona's Trophy Joy

Barcelona yesterday were confirmed champions of spain after claiming their 22nd title, 4th in 5 year even before kicking the ball in this weekend's fixtures against A. Madrid.


They still came back from a falcao goal to win the game 1-2 at madrid as they have to wait till next weekend to claim the trophy, but the joy was hammered with a messi injury in the second half.

The argentine has been struggling with hamstring injury in recent weeks, and had to see his side come from behind to win this one from the sidelines.
