Just got this one, and felt maybe someone had a legit understanding of the fact that a grown man would do this... Please help me understand this.....

If you are conversant with the Ikeja area of Lagos State, you would be used to seeing youths dance along the street as a medium of calling attention to most of the telecommunication outlets along Obafemi Awolowo way. These Pictures of a young guy who stripped himself were taken along that same axis. This is how he earns his living. So Sad!!!More pix below
