According to my source, This lady "a toddler" on her knees, getting her items confisticated by the governor "the man with the hat and hands in his pocket" for selling by the roadside, The lady pleading that, she wasn't selling....she was only waiting for a transport vehicle, that's how she usually places her goods when trying to get a transport. The Governor insisted "she's a liar" The lady pleaded for mercy, telling the governor "she's a widow that her husband was a police officer" then the governor said "YOU ARE A WIDOW, GO AND DIE" very sad!!!
