Good way to go as Edo State governor Adams Oshiomhole yesterday October 18th signed into the Edo State law, a bill that prescribes the death penalty for kidnappers. The death penalty is not just for kidnappers who kill their victims, its for all acts of kidnapping whether it involves murder or not. The new bill also states that houses used by kidnappers will be demolished.

Ban all songs associated with terrorism, Says Chairman of the Eastern Region Council of Muslim Chiefs


Here in koforidua, The Chairman of the Eastern Region Council of Muslim Chiefs, Chief Abu Adams, has, as a matter of urgency, called on the government to ban all songs associated with terrorism in the country.

Such songs, he said, had the potential of promoting terrorist activities which must not be allowed in Ghana.
